- Create new market opportunities
- Coordinate and follow-up with clients, partners and vendors in the various markets
- Effectively manage client and partner relationships
- Arrange and conduct customer sales calls, meetings and presentations
- Participate in expos, conferences and trade shows

- Working closely with marketplace sellers to understand their pain points and working with internal teams to improve marketplace platform and processes to address those pain points
- Working closely with marketplace sellers to improve their business through expanding their selections, buyers’ views and conversion, hence sales
- Driving sellers’ business and operational efficiencies to maintain the stability and ensure business continues gross
- Directly responsible for closing qualified inbound leads
- Develop, implement and optimize the sales process and funnel
- Spot opportunities to upgrade and sell support services to increase recurring revenue from existing clients
- Assume the role of a consultant and assist businesses navigate the eCommerce space by connecting them with payment, marketing and logistics
- Stellar ability to multi-task with email management, follow up on leads generated from company website, from social media as well as other sources
- Qualify and rate prospects via phone, live chat and email - with the ultimate goal of passing qualified leads to the closing team in an efficient and effective manner
- Track progress and document results in Salesforce and Zoho
- Follow established processes for lead handling
- Familiar with company and product, and being able to communicate this
- Working knowledge with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho and Hubspot as well as ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Freshdesk
- Attend interviews and focus groups
- Take comprehensive notes emerging from discussions
- Produce notes within 24 hours according to agreed upon format
