Monitor closely the flow of materials in the ERP System.
Creating Purchase Requests depends on the Min/Max Levels and the consumption history or as per the end users need.
Inventory and Warehouse Reporting like Return to Stock Report, Zero Stock Report, Outstanding PRs and Overdue POs. etc.
Monitoring slow moving and dormant stock and correcting the Min/Max Levels or change it to On Request Items.
Conducting daily cycle counting and yearly inventories wall to wall.
Analyze and control the inventory activities for the assets.
Expedite material/equipment to ensure delivery schedules are maintained or improved.
Schedule materials delivery based on updated production plans to ensure materials availability for manufacturing plants in the right time.
Make sure all the procedures are followed like Safety, FIFO, and LIFO or by the Expiry Date.
Always contacting the end users to approve reservations or to cancel the unneeded reservations from the system.
Make sure all the employees are following the warehouse safety procedures.
Expedite material/equipment to ensure delivery schedules are maintained or improved. Schedule materials delivery based on updated production plans to ensure materials availability for manufacturing plants in the right time.
Contact the Training Department to provide proper courses and training to the employees.

• Supervise all activities related to the warehouse and inventory control from working on ERP SAP System which is used in SABIC, or the ORACLE System which is used in MA’ADEN like Posting the materials in the system and creating the purchase requisitions and reviewing the Material Requirement Planning until following up with buyers and vendors through the Mailbox to deliver the orders on time, and reviewing the Min-Max levels to reorder the stock items for the endusers
