Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring, administrating and managing the permission of NFS, Samba, FTP Server for the organization.
• Responsible for Installation, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting of (Windows XP, Windows 7, Window 10, MS-Office, etc.)
• Monitoring, Managing and Administrating the Squid Proxy Server for the organization.
• Installing and configuring Nagios and MRTG monitoring tool for Linux base Server.
• Operating system patching through yum and troubleshooting patching related issue.
• Good Knowledge in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of business application.
• Co-coordinating with different vendor’s related issue and follow-up till the issue gets resolves.
• Monitoring, administrating Network device (switches and router) for the organization.
End User Support for VIP User of client Religare Enterprise Limited.
•Managing Video & Audio Conference, IPhone, BlackBerry Device & Cisco WebEx.
•Management of users accounts in a LAN environment and access controls to client data.
•Managing and Administration Religare Enterprise business applications on daily operational task.
•Monitoring the tickets bucket logged by customer for any incident/service related to Software, Hardware and Networking issue.
•Responsible for Installation, configuration, implementation, troubleshooting and Patch updating of (Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, MS-Office, etc.) and non-standard software on workstations.
•Managing and administrating Windows server 2003 file and Printer Server.
•Coordinating with internal team and outside vendor for the Hardware and software related issue.
Experience in Installing, Configuring, Managing and Upgrading WindowXP, Window7 & Window Server 2003.
•Configuring and Troubleshooting Lotus Notes, Outlook & Outlook Express.
•Configuring, Managing and generating reports on daily basis for MacAfee Anti-virus & also for window patch updating through WSUS Server.
•Troubleshooting Desktop Problems, Installation of Microsoft Windows, office and Branch Software’s, upgrades patches for desktops and servers on AMC and Warranty base systems.
•Installing, Configuring, Managing & troubleshooting PSU Bank’s (SBI, PNB, CBI, Canara Bank, Dena Bank & OBC) Application.
•Configuration of Print devices (network and local) on desktops and laptops
