Handing the overall office administration management and coordinating various office
services and activities like:
-Responsible of Computer's Maintenance and follows up of hardware, software and Coordination with Internet Provider.
-Responsible for ensuring proper operation of computer around the showrooms.
-Maintain sufficient stocks of Toner of all photo copying machines and printer cartridges for all printers.
-Arrange files for new employees and release files as per approved requests.
-Prepare ahead of time for required renewals (i.e., Iqama, CR, Zakat, Chamber of Commerce and all other related issues)
-Prepare all employment contracts, residency permits, and work permits and oversees the management of visa applications and public relations with various government entities. (I.e. Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama's, processing Visit Visa, Exit Re-entry Visa and Final Exit Visa, )
-Follow up with all required departments within the ministries or offices of Labor, Immigration, STC, Traffic and Licensing, and Planning so that any government-related transactions for the firm and its employees are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
-Support management in recruitment for jobs at the branch/departments.
-Coordinate and maintain all types staff Insurance (Health Insurance, GOSI Insurance, , , etc) addition, deletions, and reports.
-Prepare the memos, letters, and data before submission and then distribute them accordingly.
-Handling travel arrangements as required, including hotels and tickets reservations.
-Preparing staff vacation process and coordinate with accounts dept.
-Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.
-Handling telephone calls, responding to receive faxes and emails and answering inquiries as appropriate.
-Organizes, prepares and processes monthly expenses, including petty cash reconciliations.
-Performs variety of Secretarial & Administrative duties as assigned.
*An Agent for more than 280 different types of international skin & hair care
products in the Middle East.

-Ability to create designs banners, logos for company products and then upload to ourNazih Group website.
-Design Newsletters and special promotions and send them via customers' emails.
