Administration
Ø Takes vital part in the company's Annual Strategic Planning.
Ø Provides logistics support to more than 1, 000 personnel such as setting-up of workstations, personal computers, telephone connections, office supply requirements and others.
Ø Handles renewal of Trade License, all company leased offices and all company vehicle registrations including payment of traffic fines.
Ø Processes utility payment such as power, telephone & water.
Ø Oversees the maintenance of all office equipment like computers, fax machines, telephones and photocopiers and ensure that they are all are working and in good condition.
Ø Coordinates with outside vendors in all stationery requirements, such as company letterheads, envelopes and others, of the Head Office and Branches.
Ø Attends Administrative-related matters from time to time and ensure speedy resolution of all issues that need urgent attention.
Ø Sets-up new office branches and coordinates with Contractors for the fit-out works.
Ø Assumes some of the responsibilities of the Department Manager when he is out-of-station.
Ø Handles company special projects when arises.
Human Resources
Ø Handles the entire Work Permit and Residence Visa process of all confirmed applicants.
Ø Arranges medical appointment and ensures that the applications have all the necessary documents, as required by Labor and Immigration.
Ø Processes the government ID of the applicants.
Ø Arranges airfare ticket and accommodation of overseas recruits.
Ø Provides onboarding kit to the new staff and processes their employee ID.
Ø Processes request for Employment Certificate, Experience Letter and Bank Transfer Letter.
Ø Arranges interviews either face-to-face or online.
Ø Sends Offer Letters to the shortlisted applicants.
