Acting as Client's representative for King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh. Responsible for Quality & Safety concerns and acceptance of MEP engineering content of 15 buildings ranging from Low-Mid-High Rise with the tallest being 38 floors plus 5 basement levels. Building use includes Residential, Commercial & Hotel.
Overseeing all maintenance activities for a newly constructed cargo terminal at NDIA. Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Equipment comprised of hoists, transfer vehicles, roller beds, elevating platforms and truck docks. The system is PLC controlled with a purpose made software program sitting above it. Responsible for 20 technicians and my own budget.
Fata EPC are one of the main contractors on the Qatalum Aluminium Smelter project in Messaid. This green field smelter will eventually produce 580, 000 tons of Aluminium per year. My main duty is to coordinate all engineering issues between site and the design office in UK for all disciplines and to approve all materials & method statements. I am also in charge of the document control centre and small AutoCad team.
Maintenance Manager for large residential housing compound, cover all aspect of building maintenance including, Power, lighting, appliances, Air Conditioning, plumbing, civil works, landscaping, vehicles, water supplies, carpentry etc.
Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental issues. Quality Control. responsible for 70 staff plus 70 hired labour. Responsible for department budget of SR5, 000, 000
