•Successfully negotiated all 28 external contracts with respect to security forces, building designs, suppliers, resulting in 32% retention of expenses in 2015-17.
•Successfully manage an in-house security force resulting in an 87% decline in crime and misconduct by company staff.
•Consolidation of accommodations with a result of AED 4, 558, 602 annual saving on rental cost.
•Overall Planning & utilization of approx. AED 45M departmental budget pertaining to accommodations, safety & security, fleet, maintenance, Furniture, recreation, etc.
•Achieved all Project targets against severe resource restrictions.
•Managed to adhere to 100% of the UAE Civil Defense requirements pertaining to safety & Security, staff accommodation & firefighting equipment.
•Conceptualized & constructed a staff sport facility for Bee’ah staff in 2015. Planning ongoing for further improvements of the facility.
