• Make design, BOQ and hydraulic calculation of irrigation system for consultant’s approval.
• Prepare shop drawings for consultant’s approval.
• Prepare for sample of materials for approval.
• Prepare inspection report.
• Supervise the safety precautions of the works on site.
• Recommends irrigation and landscape maintenance schedule

• Manage and give instructions for the maintenance activities of Term Contractor to ensure best services rendered.
• Prepare and register service orders to Enterprise Asset Manager (EAM) for Term Contractor to fix the problems on site
• Monitor & evaluate the performance of Term Contractor and implementation of KPI
• Inventory of spare parts, machinery and equipment
• Prepare and recommend proposal for improvement for landscape and irrigation
• Recommends irrigation and landscape maintenance schedule
