Responsibilities:
o Creating the vision, starting the business, setting the pace, developing and implementing goals,
objectives, policies, and priorities.
o Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets; maintaining the
operational performance of the company; Building and maintaining an effective executive team.
o Representing the company to major clients and professional associations.
o Validates quality processes by establishing technical specifications and quality attributes.
 Achievements:
o We have completed and delivered the design of all roads, driveways, parking and wet utilities of 14 petrol
stations around Dubai, UAE for our clients CRHI and ENOC within the time frame and budget.

o Planning, directing, and reviewing the design activities of the Infrastructure Department; providing highly responsible, professional and technical staff assistance to the utilities team. Developing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
o Managing all infrastructure related aspects of two projects in Abu Dhabi; Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Hospital (SKMC) Project and Abu Dhabi Medical Rehabilitation Centre.

o Managing all aspects of Zayed Sport City project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating project duration, creating detailed project plans and managing change requests.
o Responsible for development and revision of policies, procedures, standards, processes and other related issues for Roads and Infrastructure Design.
o Ability to compare alternatives proposed by the consultants and makes an informed decision to accept one of the proposals or to request further specific refinements.

o The responsibility for the review and coordination of all infrastructure services for the projects to include the following: External drainage systems - Storm and Surface water, Potable and grey water, Fire fighting systems; Irrigation, Sewer systems and Geometric design of roads and highways.
o Strengthening the partnership with Roads & Transportation Authority RTA.
o Developing a Public Transport Strategy for Nakheel Projects.
o All the above responsibilities and duties are for the following projects: Jumierah Palm Island, Jumierah Park, Jumierah Village, Jebel Ali Village, Waterfront, Maritime City, International City, JLT, Furjan, Discovery City.

o Gravity system design (Sewer & Storm Water Networks) as per clients’ standards and specifications.
o Doing the geometric design of the roads and highways in align with the required design codes.
o Preparing the hydraulic analysis reports for the pressurized systems (Irrigation & Potable Water Networks).
o Determining resources required, interviewing candidates, maintaining quality control, vetting vendors, and assigning tasks
o Involved in all the following projects: Improvement to Ittihad Road R884 & R885, Dubai Festival City, D 0439, Global Village, 558 Key Villas at Dubai Land, Dubai Studio City, Interchange no. 8 on Skh Zaid Road with Lihbab Road, contract no.D0277 phase III, Paving of Various Parking in Dubai, Madinat Al Muhaisanah, Plantation Holding, Ajman Free Zone Roads & Infrastructure, Oud Al Muteena II, Executive Towers at Business Bay, Mirdif Gate East, Dubai Industrial City, Emirates Operations Centre.

o Development of Sebha TV Station, the project included major improvement to the existing buildings and constructing two new administration buildings and one studio.
o Development of Sebha International Airport, the job included the widening of an existing runway and maintenance works of the asphalt pavement around the apron of the cargo station.
