• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of products from suppliers to retailers and customers.
• Helps a company store products in an efficient manner and get them out the door quickly.
• Monitoring orders and coordinate product inventory to ensure the stores and customer has everything needed.
• Day-to-day administration of shipments and deliverables.
• Prepare all required documentation and obtain permits for all local and international shipments.
• Provide instruction to prepare material for shipping, notify receiver, contact carrier, and notify customer when materials are ready.
• Supervise loading and unloading of material if necessary and obtain post shipping document.
• Expedite delivery schedules as per project and stores requirements.
• Furnish information (location, issue status and quantities) and provide collect documents.
• Ensure and follow up on required documentation for export deliveries and import shipments.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of shipments and deliveries. Answer questions on delivery status of product.
• Maintain good relationship and communicate with supplier and service providers to ensure the delivery schedules meet demands on time.
• Assist in monitoring stock consumption in the warehouse and stores.
• Participate in stock material inventory and provide Stock Movement Report for more than 35 stores both UAE and Overseas.
• Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affects production and deliverables.
• First point of escalation contact for all Inbound and outbound service related issues.

• Responsible for Sending Courier ( Important Document like Petty Cash Voucher, Trucking Charges, Invoices for some brands, Daily Time Card And other some important Documents) in India, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain our main office.
