training and managing all qualified emergency responders, including related administration and tasks.

Main Duties:
• Simultaneously managing the tasks, individuals and the team I am entitled to lead.
• Update the weekly roster including up-coming trainings as per requirements.
• Conduct monthly pre-requisites, scenarios, visual awareness trainings and internal audits.
• Present Quarterly master tracking sheets to the Ellis and Associate consultants as per Jumeirah standards.
• Provide guest at the pool and in the gym with friendly personalized services.
• Conduct monthly appraisals with colleagues based on their performance.
• Create Purchase Requisitions to ensure section is well equipped.
