Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities involve planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling of project updates, delay analysis, earned value analysis, and ensuring that the organization's obligations & policies are fully complied with.
• Preparation of Overall Master and Working Schedule with the consideration of Bill of Quantity, Contract, and all other Project Document.
• Preparation of Project Management System, Resource Planning & Cost loading into the Master Schedule.
• Preparation of S-Curves, KPI, Reporting templates, Engineering Logs, Material, Procurement and Delivery Logs.
• Prepare and update the baseline schedule for the project, monitoring the same programme, budgeted cost and resources for the deliverable and milestone.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports through the site's updates.
• Monitoring progress throughout all phases of the project and compare to the baseline for the entire project lifecycle.
• Conducting site visit to monitor the work progress and collecting progress data from concerned Project manager and site engineer for updating the progress.
• Monitoring the project performance through an eficient control system.
• Adequately involved in Earned Value Management and report the project Performance based on calculated values.
• Preparation of revise and recovery plans with co-ordination of project manager.
• Assisting the project managers in forecasting and identifying the problem and dificulties of the current projects well in advance.
• Attend progress and project management meetings to keep track on the project.
• Advice and recommends to the concerned departments and project manager about any delays afecting the program of works.
• Preparation of extension of time (EOT) by providing the potential delay events happened during the project life cycle.
• Analyze, assess, and participate in discussions with the project team about suggested recovery program techniques to mitigate any potential delays and avoid delay in the future.
• Preparation of delay analysis and participate in the assessment and analysis of time-related claims.
• Preparation of Project assets capitalization schedule and close out reports.
