Graduation process Prepare a detailed email to send to students to bring their required papers depending on their nationality, with constant reminders and a deadline. Prepare a detailed excel sheet with all the students' details including name, ID, major, graduation date, GPA, PUC, or self-pay and whether he/she has outstanding payments or not. Preparing to whom it may concern and equivalency paper. Prepare certificate and print them with their serial number. Checking and printing transcript with serial number on it from SIS and checking if the student passes required grades, GPA, and hours. Scanning and copying documents. Graduate the students on the system from the "grant degree" tap. Follow up with finance to check if graduates have any outstanding payments. Communicating with academic department to resolve any academic issues. Graduate's statistics
