2005 - 2007 Training Coordinator
Developed requirements, coordinated logistics, and organized and managed all aspects of the trainings for seagoing employees to ensure the minimum training standards required by the STCW 95 convention and flag state as per the law.

2003 - 2005 Freight Forwarding Coordinator
Effectively supervised stock list reports, and coordinated orders for 23 Vela vessels working with all the fleet superintendents regarding the transition of orders.
Key achievement: renegotiated couriers’ contracts, and arranged to send these orders by air or sea to vessels, based on importance and urgency, which saved the company US$30K /month.

2001 - 2003 HR Scheduler
• Scheduling Officers on 28 Vessels owned by Vela with different ranks from Master, Chief Officers, to all types crew members.
• Coordinated officers conference (40 attendees) twice per year so that they attend Vela’s Senior Officers venue held in Dubai.

• Prepared hotel reservations reservation
