• Expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments in airline, Take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to loading platform. Prepare and examine bills of lading to determine shipping charges and tariffs.
• Manage the reception for the first week tracking AWB, attending customers for inbound and outbound shipment under Fedex requiremnet.
• Answering customers calls and providing information needed professionally.

• Provide HR support, such as reviewing and categorizing CVs, and coordinating interviews.

Developed requirements, coordinated logistics, and organized and managed all aspects of the trainings for seagoing employees to ensure the minimum training standards required by the STCW 95 convention and flag state as per the law.

Effectively supervised stock list reports, and coordinated orders for 23 Vela vessels working with all the fleet superintendents regarding the transition of orders.
Key achievement: renegotiated couriers’ contracts, and arranged to send these orders by air or sea to vessels, based on importance and urgency, which saved the company US$30K /month.
