• Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws.
• Assist in drawing and redesigning organizational structures.
• Develop and design job descriptions for various job titles in different sectors.
• Assist in developing and writing policies, procedures and different HR related forms.
• Assist in designing career path planning; to ensure continues supply of technical and managerial talents through training, promotion and rotation.
• Design key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives to measure and evaluate all levels of employees.
• Design and develop employee handbook.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Post the open vacancies through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Screen and filter many CV's and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference check for potential employees.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Post the open vacancies through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Organize candidates file information electronically using Microsoft Excel.
• Schedule and attend job interviews with candidates.
• Screen and filter many CV's and job applications.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct reference check for potential employees.
• Deal with new employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
