• Make calls in order to initiate sales and marketing activities in order to general real estate clientele.
• Meet with potential and present clients to determine buying needs.

• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc) .
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Achieve assigned sales goals within assigned territory.
• Support dealer growth and profits by implementing sales and marketing programs and business planning processes .
• Provide information and advice to dealer parts manager and principals that increases sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Implementation of marketing businesses suitable for real estate products provided by the company .
• Bring and marketing of real estate opportunities offers.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Follow sales and stock and comparing expectations to targets.
• Sales analyses and development of sales channels .
• Contact with government departments.
• Provide the customer with information about projects available to the Company.
• Meet potential tenants and record their information.
• Development of the customer base and communicate with them.
