1- Leadership skills to lead global risk management projects for Strategic Business Units, Corporate Functions, Affiliates & Mega Projects including risk assessment workshop facilitation, risk mitigation strategies development and preparing reports to SABIC’s Risk & Compliance (R&C) Board and Risk Management Committee (RMC)
2- Solid knowledge of ISO-31000: 2009 Risk Management Principals and COSO: 2004 framework
3- Strong capabilities to deliver departmental objectives in terms of implementing SABIC risk management framework, embed and integrate risk management practices into key SABIC business processes in order to support SABIC in achieving its strategic business objectives

This includes ensuring that appropriate business continuity plans are in place that cover emergency response, overall incident management and disaster recovery etc.
1- Leadership skills to lead company internal & external audit (Safety, Health, Environment & Security) teams with members having various backgrounds (e.g. Engineering, Technical, Administrative and Operation)
2- Established new audit mechanism via electronic system, which helps in saving times, efforts and get accurate results, such initiative was appreciated within SABIC safety committee center of excellence (CoE)
3- Assigned as an acting manager in EHS section for several occasions, and supported management in developing, monitoring and reporting departmental performance using leading & lagging indicators.
4- Strong capabilities to identify & evaluate the deficiencies in company EHSS procedures and provide recommendations to senior management for improvements & enhancements relevant to SABIC’s requirements and best practice.
Joined SHARQ affiliates in Feb 2012, with the following roles :
1- Process safety engineer for a field assignment in Olefins plant to gain hands-on experience on various hydrocarbon processes by working with shift employees with different divisions namely operations, engineering, and maintenance.
2- Then Joined EHSS Department as a safety, health & environmental engineer, supports different business divisions in risk assessments workshops to identify, evaluate, assess & mitigate potential risks, incidents investigation and RCA. In addition to that to deliver the monthly EHSS statistics & analysis reports
1- Joined NAMA Company in January 2010, as a Safety, Health & Environment Engineer.
2- leaded several RCA incident investigations, job safety analysis (JSA), HAZOP studies and plant management of change discussion
3- Leaded EHSS team in the PHA study for the Epoxy plant expansion 90% review, 3D-Model in Chennai, India
I been trained in maintenance division, across many sections such as periodic, preventive, corrective and annual maintenance.
Last week in the training was in management systems and industrial dept. who related to employee allowances and incentives.
