Jizan Refinery Terminal Project (Daewoo E & C) HSE Supervisor
*
Responsible for Marinating and implementing the loss prevention program and company’s
HSE manual as project required by the project.
* To lead safety officers on the project in all safety aspect. Impart training to construction
Staff as and when necessary.
* Prepare / implement Hazards identification plan as required by the client.
* Responsible for overall supervision of safety activities for the construction activities.
* Co-ordinate with construction team to ensure to all safety aspects are fulfilled prior to
start of activities.
* To create awareness of safety among the construction staff and workers.
* Identification, Evaluation and control of safety, health and Environmental Hazards.
* Conduct daily safety inspection and monitor safety performance.
* Prepare and implementation procedure and plane like i.e.-Excavation, Confined space,
Work at height, Fire protection, Medical services, Emergency preparedness, Evacuation
drill etc.
* Conduct in house HSE Orientation.
* Compiles accident / incident statistic.
* Help select, procure and maintain personal protective Equipment
