I was responsible for the customer’s projects from LATAM, USA and Europe.
I manage from the quotation to project delivery together with Sales, Purchasing and Buying, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Logistics and Planning departments to deliver the best product within the customer's requirements efficiently and
within the deadline. I work directly with Engineering doing the study of the
project required by the client and making the interface between this sector and the client.
I conducted projects involving all products for Firefighting (ex: sprinklers, pumps, extinguishers, foam systems, fire hose, etc), Pipes, ELV, Vehicles (firefighters, ambulances) etc, I use AutoCAD and Oracle as tools.

I was involved in solving all the project problems, updating the customer with the deadline for resolution and/or negotiation, often identifying new opportunities to deploy solutions within the customer environment. I was recognized for the promptness in attending to customers projects, solving technical and commercial problems successfully delivering the products under tight deadlines. The results obtained include the increase in revenues Gross and Churn reduction for the company. I used MS project and Oracle Sibel systems.
