Responsibilities:
- Prepare proper reconciliation of all banks & general ledger accounts.
- Clear outstanding reconciliation entries with other departments.
- Prepare dashboards and periodical reports for credit cards.
- Cooperate with the out-sourced company for credit card operations.
- Collect information about competitors and industry for comparison and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop overall budget for assigned accounts.
- Ensure that project expenditures are within the allotted budget.
- Perform Cost/Revenue reports and forecast actual costs and future commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Preview and ensure that payment requests are meeting the requirements.
- Process Accounts Payable into Oracle.
