● Communicate and cooperate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical support

● Supervised manpower and job order on project site to ensure projects are constructed according to plans and specifications.

● Conduct toolbox meeting prior to the work to ensure all works, concerns and important matters are well delivered and discussed to avoid the delays in the projects as well to resolve issues and problems that arise.

● Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects as well as the improvement/accomplishment in daily basis.

● Fulfills project requirements by guiding workers

● Provide technical advice to the proper mixing of cement in accordance with contractor’s specification.

● See to it that there will be enough stock of construction materials in placed likes Iron bars, Sand, Gravel, Cement, Water and Equipment.

● Supervised personnel under the operation and recommend to the management in cases of infraction or violation to the company rules and regulation.

● Act as the laboratory head and make sure that the equipment is in good shape and well maintained.

● Be sure that sold products are appropriately checked to minimize over or under loading of deliveries and assist the client in preparing on site correspondence
