Tender projects (Based on Egypt Office).
 Review and submit multi tender time schedules with their method of constructions, based on studying all their tender documents.
 Active Project: Monitoring and control of more than (10) Projects at (Cairo, Alexandria, New Capital, 10th of Ramadan) with total budget (1.5 Billion EGP) for projects types (Residential, Piping, Industrial, Infra structure).
 These Projects with international and multinational clients: i.e: (Sodic, Farm Frites, Eni, KPMG…etc.).
Responsibilities:
 Create the company cost codes system, based on the company assets and database using (SAP B1, Primavera P6) and CSI System.
 Working as admin for the EPPM software (Oracle Enterprise Primavera Project management).
 Monitoring the progress of the active projects with senior and junior planning engineers at the sites (time and cost).
 Issue the progress reports of the active projects for the Dashboard of the company, including time and cost status for each project.
 Analysis of earned value (EVM) for the project and / or the specific activities.
 Review the tender time schedules to meet the requirement documents and rolls.
 Manage and assist in the development junior and senior planners.
 Review and assist in preparing the time, cost claims involving time impact, and submitted it to the client and/or the consultants.

Responsibilities: (included but not limited):
 Prepare and maintain detailed baseline schedule including resource loading and maintain cash flow & S-Curve.
 Set up issue leading activities for all important contractual and milestone dates
 Maintain progress performance measuring tools based on earned value analysis.
 Prepare and provide a regular summary status of each project's planning to
Regional management.
 Reviewing the project deliverables schedule for the procurement and engineering packages to ensure the consistency between the Master/Updated programs.
 Establish and agree project-reporting procedures, prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports.
 Prepare the time, cost claims involving time impact, and submitted it to the client and/or the consultants.
 Manage and assist in the development junior planners.
 Reviews the Subcontractor's programs and analysis the content to ensure compliance
