Steer all HR operations for two global business lines across Asia, Atlantic, MENA, and Australia. Supervise cross-functional teams for International Marine Operations, whilst fulfilling the role of HR Director and

Directed HR operations for Saipems Engineering and Commercial Company in Rijeka, Croatia, whilst handling expatriate and domestic staf. Conducted exit interviews, collaborated on workplace safety programmes, and provided strategic direction for the local HR team. Transferred to Abu Dhabi as HR Manager, overseeing local and expatriate personnel and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Joined through the GDP (Graduate Development Program) and gained HR generalist experience across various Saipem Group Companies in Croatia, Italy, Kazakhstan, UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Contributed to improved HR policies and bonus programmes by partnering with corporate TM and OD on succession and development paths.
• Managed local HR and HR services for expatriates, including recruitment, performance appraisals, and updating HR policies.
