Year 2021 when successfully completed commissioning of the latest moulding line capable of running solid based, inclusion based and wafer based product. (Bhuler moulding line)

Got an opportunity to join the team that commisions a new moulding line (Bhuler) in the country of Tunisia to develop new products and successfully trained operators on how to operate and maintain moulding line,

*Act as a team player and operate the factory production lines and area machinery & equipment’s efficiently and reliably according to the company standards of safety, hygiene, quality, and cost in order to deliver the contract as per the defined standards, e.g. (LOTO, CCP, Rework, Scrap, TRS/OEE, and Reliability).
*Troubleshoots breakdowns that are within the scope of the job tittle.
*This job entails supervision of contractors.
*Traceability owner on the shift. (Ensuring logbook availability per period, storing of logbooks for easy tracing of data whenever required and ensuring all data is complete in every logbook used in the lines.)
*Mould champion of the shift. (Ensuring moulds availability on each every line, keeping tracks of moulds stocks and inspection records.)
*Perform analytical Checks on product (Water Activity, Moisture, Fat, Temper Index, Yield, Viscosity)

Ensure all incoming and outgoing packaging are in high quality conditions at all time, conforming to UNILEVER high quality standards.
Sends feedback report to all UNILEVER's supplier with regards to their delivered packaging items on a weekly basis (all conforming and non-conforming items)
Ensure the release and hold of packaging items on SAP system.
Lead production team in every packaging related project or innovation.

Ensure all outgoing product, coming from production lines are in high quality conditions in conformance with UNILEVER Standards before loading to delivery trucks, trough random checks on every layer of the palleted products.
Gives immediate feedback on the line if non-conformance products are found trough checks, stop the line and escalate to team, trace and quantify and hold affected product and send report to QA team.

My role is to ensure that all product produce in the line has met the UNILEVER standards in quality.
Immediately Stops production if signs of defect have been detected.
Calculate the overall Quality Score for the shift.
Sorting of products that can still be separated on the affected pallet to rework.
This job also entails supervising of packer

As middle process operator my job is to ensure that all Transistors that will pass my line had been soldered 100% without any trace of defect.
It is my duty to run the line in the most efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality of the product.
Perform troubleshooting in case of any minor downtime and does a lot of change over during the shift.
In 2008 I was part of the department that achieve the 1 billion targets.
