• Ensuring the effective on-site implementation of quality management system procedures and forms.
• Ensuring that the quality records prepared and completed in accordance with project quality plan and procedures, such as ITPs and Quality Control Checklist are properly controlled.
• Monitoring the lab activities daily and reviewing the daily lab reports.
• Monitoring of work performance by checking comments on RFI’s, ITPs, punch list and reports.
• Ensuring that Consultant/Client inspection comments are implemented.
• Compilation of all necessary quality control checklists.
• Ensuring that all test equipment is calibrated and suitable for use on-site.
• Managing and conducting the inspection of all materials delivered to site to check their conformance to specified requirements.
• The control, monitoring and documentation of site activities by issuing ICLs, ITPs, punch lists and reports as necessary.
• Completion of documentation to verify the work performed.
• Controlling all inspection activities on-site in line with ITPs.
• Ensuring that consultant/client inspection requests are implemented.
