Processed, tracked, and distributed submittals and RFIs. Managed document control process, including change order, subcontractor’s billings, Field production tracking, purchasing, and contract administration. Coordinated project close-out documentation including deficiencies, warranties, maintenance, and final payments. Assisted with the documentation of accidents, Safety violations, unsafe conditions, and activities. Issued confined space entry and hot work permits required. Conducted quality control inspection of completed work. Prepared AIA documents and all backup for monthly owner progress billing, propose vendor invoices, reconciled all monthly subcontractors’ progress billings, supervised payroll, and managed job site office.
•Produced significant cost saving, potential cost avoidance, and preventive problem solving through numerous cost-saving ideas suggestions, and recommendations.

The project is incorporated under Company’s strategy of “Soil Remediation of
Contaminated Features in SEK Fields” A, B&C previous study undertaken by the Company in
Project, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the construction / maintenance of plants, buildings, equipment’s, components or systems, to ensure the works is execute to the client’s specifications.
•Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities to meet an agreed programmed of deadlines.
•Attend regular meetings with client, architects and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
•Supervise and monitor the site labor force through general foreman and or supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer’s satisfaction.
•Oversee quality control and safety matter on the site, and ensure the regulations are adhered.
•Resolved any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
•Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
•Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
•Prepare necessary paper work for the completion of work and get it authorized by it authorized by the client after their inspection.
•Develop a relationship with the project engineer and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
