• Monitoring contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications,
• Assists with maintaining building security and immediately responds to building facilities.

• Acting as the primary contact for all regional personnel for any building issues (climate, control, emergencies and repairs),
• All the plant room mechanism & Electrical, MEP functionality, District cooling systems, BMS monitoring (Honeywell system), floor units complaints attending & repairing, Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities supervisor/Manager, updating the daily reports to UBERIQ system, etc..
Planning, assigning and supervising the Electrical & Mechanical installation, servicing and repairing of HVAC, Transport Refrigeration systems, Kitchen & Home Appliances.Inspect work in progress and upon completion for conformance with prescribed standards and safety regulations. Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing equipment for operating efficiency and safety factors. Prepare time and materials estimates for maintenance and repair projects. Review incoming and completed work orders and maintains related records.
Manage stock and prepare requisitions for parts and supplies.
Inspected, adjusted, repaired, replaced, and performed preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, air-conditioning, and ventilating equipment and controls, using electrician's hand tools. Reassemble equipment and start unit to test operation. Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe or tubing, using pipefitter's tools. Cut and drill holes in floors, walls, and roof to install equipment, using power saws and drills.
Adjust system controls to setting recommended by manufacturer to balance system, using hand tools, Inspect inoperative equipment to locate source of trouble.
