Management and administration of the Arloid Corporate Service project:
•Control of Finance department - preparing monthly/annual budgets; overseeing timely payments and approving invoices and expense reports;
•Control of PRO activities - representing issues at the Government bodies; company opening/closing; employment visa arrangements; opening bank accounts;
•Control of HR department - worldwide staff selection and recruitment; staff training and development; preparing contracts; developing and implementing policies and procedures;
•Control of IT department - ensure the smooth system operation for Holding, control payments for software and applications; timely renewal of the services;
•Control of Legal activities - meetings with Lawyers; solving issues at Government organizations; preparing contracts/agreements
Daily update the General Manager on all operations achievements and key issues
•Conduct daily briefings; record and distribute minutes and participate in staff and executive committee meetings
•Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare various reports and presentations
•Follow up departmental tasks with Head of Departments to ensure efficient and on time results
•Interact with VIP guests and provide services to gain customer satisfaction and retention
•Handling VIP profiles; assisting with guest’s requests, follow up and communication with responsible departments
•Travel and visa arrangements for CEOs
First contact and assistance to Top Management office (CEO, Deputies to CEO, VPs)
•Daily monitoring employees' official duties and performance
•Staff recruitment - interviewing and trainings
•Assistance to the Board of Directors, arranging meetings and presentations
•Preparing monthly reports on Departmental performance
•Control of representative expenses for Top Management and expenses for office maintenance
as a liaison between CEO and staff to ensure appropriate coordination and following up on day-to-day issues;
•Arrangement and management of executive’s meetings and appointments, conferences, events and distributed minutes for the same;
•Travel and visa arrangements and preparing travel expenses
•Preparing the correspondence on behalf of the CEO; sorted and forwarded correspondence to the executives;
•Responsible for reports/emails/memos to determine their significance of distribution
