*Provide day-to-day technical support while monitoring and troubleshooting operations of the hydrocracker, hydrogen manufacture, amine and liquified petroleum gas plants.

*Perform flow calculations for various streams intended for reliable parameter indications.

*Analyze operational data and key process trends in a multitude of programs to ensure product consistency and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

*Provide technical support and recommendations during planned/unplanned unit S/D’s in terms of safe feed cut off, process equipment inspection, unit S/U’s followed by unit stabilization.

*Evaluate process modification projects/ideas intended for process reliability improvements and implement it under company’s management of change procedures.

*Participated in hydrocraker complex threats identification workshop (TIW), which aims for more plant sustainability and reliability.

*Evaluate and review upcoming turnaround scope of work packages, reactors catalyst and equipments modifications.

• Segregate loops for various P&ID's in order to achieve optimum industrial chemical cleaning.
• Conduct site visit along with client to highlight all connection points, process line changes and equipment layout.
• Work as a supervisor during job execution.

• Maintained well pressure, water injection rate, and production rate of wells to their assigned target.
• Developed necessary programs that enhance well productivity.
• Inspected wells instruments along with field services to provide necessary repairs.

• Handled and analyzed various hydrocarbon samples for research and development of the company.
• Kept laboratory in compliance with all applicable guidelines and laws.
