Over all in-charge of the production in Marble division, responsibility includes: production schedule, production line supervision, master planner of raw materials which includes ordering and inventory supervision, Quality Control head ensuring that all measurements and physical appearance are within the standard set by the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Receive Orders from Sales Department.
* Check the required material for each Work Order, monitor material availability, provide reports and prepare request for purchase for items at ordering point.
* Study and analyze the drawings for specific order/client, then prepare material cut list for production.
* Study and check wasted materials, for possible usable areas to be used in production as per product requirements and specification.
* Make Final decisions on materials to be use as per color variations and thickness.
* Arrange and allocate enough man power in the production line.
* Check the quality of materials and products as it passed thru each work station.
* Prepare Production Time table, arrange production schedules and deliveries as per requirement of each work orders.
* Make/prepare Daily Production Report each per work station.
* Make and provide data for the monthly inventory of materials (marbles and granites).
* Make Daily and Monthly Overtime schedule of the workers.
* Make request for purchase of tools and machine accessories and parts
Overall in-charge in the factory as factory head. Responsible in the fabrication both of Solid Surface Products (artificial marbles/polyester & granite based) and Kitchen Cabinets. Master Planner for both production schedule and materials schedule. Delivery and installations planner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Production Planner for Solid Surface products (artificial marble/polyester & granite based) and Kitchen Cabinets by providing effective production schedule and delivery.
* In-charged of Material Planning by ensuring all materials needed are complete and on its best condition once the production line starts its operation.
* Ensure that all the products being delivered are on its BEST condition. Planned delivery of the products based on commitment and priority.
* Ensure that production workers and its supports are properly trained by personally conducting the manpower selection and training.
* In-charged in the master mold and mold making.
* Knowledgeable in MIXING/CASTING of solid surface materials.
* Acting factory head in the absence of the company president.
* Spearhead in the implementation of company rules and regulation.
Over all in-charged of the kitchen and bathroom department, responsibility includes:
production schedule, production line supervision, master planner of raw materials which includes ordering and inventory supervision, top coat spray sub-section of Tubing & Casting and Quality Control head ensuring that all measurements and physical appearance are within the standard set by the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* In-charged of the fabrication, delivery & installation of kitchen tops and lavatories and project coordinator.
* Ensure that all the products being delivered are on its BEST condition. Planned delivery of the products based on commitment and priority.
* In-charged in the master mold and mold making.
* Knowledgeable in MIXING/CASTING of solid surface materials.
* Acting factory head in the absence of the company president.
* Spearhead in the implementation of company rules and regulation.
* Manage and supervise Kitchen & Bathroom Fixture Department :

-Mixing and Tubing/Casting Section
-Master Mold & Molding Section
-Quality Control Section
