 Directly reporting to the Operations Director. Provide personal administrative support which covers all fields of general operations.
 Responsible for US, Canada and Middle East purchases of franchises’ Heavy Equipments, Small wares, Frozen and Dry Food Orders. As the sole and only the direct point of contact of these countries, I have an extensive experience and expertise handling all sorts of local and foreign business purchasing transactions efficiently.
 Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations. Maintain OD’s calendar, expense reports, per diem, travel itineraries, meetings and all executive activities.
 Serves as the first point of contact for management team and departmental liaisons regarding the use of designated systems.
 Gathers data to contribute to the development of business plans and strategies. Runs existing queries and provides input for the development of new queries.
 Recommends process improvements for daily operating procedures. Coordinates business functions that may involve participation from multiple business units. Oversee the distribution of computer generated reports to the different divisions of the company. Performs related responsibilities as required.
 Direct the facilities and property projects within budget guidelines and established timeframe.
 Provide high level client interaction and accounts management.
 Guide and look after the efficiency of the management employees. Rectifying the complaints of the customers, supervising the daily work and deftly delegating responsibilities is a challenge, that needs patience and effective decision making ability.
