Responsible for all on site Aviation fuel & Ground support equipment operations, ensuring operations within company budgetary & operational guidelines, safety and quality standards and provides the highest level of customer service.
Ensuring smooth operation of Fuel Supply chain management ( bulk, retail and mobile operations) with key functions :
fuel equipment purchasing, fuel products ordering, bulk & retail stock planning ( saving costs of 25 % with local vendors )
manages the hiring and training of staff ( local and international ), oversees a work environment and performance of employees and contractors
prepares annual expanse budgets, carrying out expenses from input to validation and payment
responsible for general maintenance and repairs of bulk, retail and mobile equipment; such as mechanical, digital, electrical and plumbing repairs of fuel dispensers, remote & submersible pumps, fuel storage tanks & bladders, fuel flow meters, fleet of fuel tankers, …

dispatching a fleet of fuel tankers and non-tactical vehicles
responsible for completing of fuel reports and fuel reconciliation ( 100% of fuel reconciliation monthly records within approved specifications )
responsible for completing of material requisitions, purchase orders and logistic documentation
co-ordination with Iraqi Government representative
oversees download, upload, transfer and dispensing retail & bulk fuel operations
oversees heavy vehicles & equipment, generators, light sets & reefers refueling-defueling (completed 100% on time per established schedule and per emergency requests )
conducting emergency response exercises & drills and fuel operations training’s
tasked to improve site fuel operations and to bring up fuel facilities to meet an US Government and International requirements (completed 100% per the authorized inspectors-DCMA)
supervising fuel crew on bulk, retail, mobile & aircraft fuel operations (US Army, DOD & DOS support), with zero incidents and 100% of fuel reconciliation monthly records within approved specifications
oversees heavy vehicles & equipment, generators ( over 130 generators on site ), light sets & reefers refueling-defueling (completed 100% on time per established schedule and per emergency requests )
fuel equipment purchasing; responsible for general maintenance & repairs of fuel equipment and fuel trucks (completed without any interruption of service), fuel trainer
ensuring that accurate fuel and equipment inventory, reporting and internal control system is functioning and relevant records are maintained; establishing and maintaining fuel equipment data base
supervising the regular inspection of the firefighting facilities, safety and emergency response equipment
tasked to build up a retail fuel station with extended fuel storage capacity (risk assessment, hazardous area classification, planning and design, earthworks, construction jobs, containment systems, storage, dispensing, control and vapor recovery systems, canopy systems, drainage systems, buildings, environmental compliance)
( completed 100% per the authorized inspectors -DCMA & per KBR fuel inspection team : ‘the best fuel operations in Afghanistan, Iraq & Kuwait’)
supervising fuel crew on bulk, retail & mobile fuel operations (US Army & DoD support), oversees a fleet of fuel tankers and non-tactical vehicles, responsible for general maintenance & repairs of fuel equipment and fuel tankers (completed without any interruption of service)

participating on setting up of oil terminal expansion, responsible for ensuring that completed contractor projects comply with approved scope of work
sampling and gauging of fuel storage tanks, maintaining fuel products quality
monitoring and maintaining the amount of fuel into fuel storage tanks & pipelines
ensuring implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental standards and procedures for Terminal and Pipeline operations, environmental compliance, corrosion control, leak detection system, damage prevention program
oversees a work environment and performance of employees and contractors
coordinates operations with Refinery Management and Operation
