RESPONSIBILITIES
SPAZIO Main Office Task:
• Assist the Chief Designer for the Development of Interior Design
• Create conceptual designs by using computer software such as Auto cad, Photoshop and 3ds max.
• Coordinates with the other department for the selection of materials, furniture, fabrics and quantity.
• Assist in QS department to Double check the BOQ against the plan and detail, vice versa.
• Responsible for the shop drawing of developed furniture for production.
• Responsible for the developed drawings and details of interior design.
• Site visit and inspection for the survey of existing structure.
PRESIDENTIAL PALACE PROJECT SITE OFFICE Task (CROWN PRINCE AND VICE PRESIDENT WING)
• Team leader for the stone works production of drawings such as plans, elevations, and details, in coordination to stone sub contractor.
• Team leader for the MEP drawing coordination of Electrical Fixtures, to establish proper high and locations of sockets, lighting control, cameras, CCTV, broadcasting, card reader and other special fixtures compliance to the FC drawings, specifications and consultants instructions.
• Production of Consolidates drawings from sub contractors such as, Steel frames, Stone, Dry wall and Gypsum.
• Other task is to do some proposal design layout and details for clashing area.
• Answering the queries of the sub-contractor by reviewing the BOQ and Contract Drawings.
• Prepare RFI and clarification to the consultant.
• Prepare Progress Report and Snag List.
• Responsible for the preparation of Site Instruction drawings of Steel framing and Screed Plans including the Survey points coordinates for the commencing of works.
• Interpret and study the quantity schedule of sanitary fixtures of entire projects.
• Meeting with consultant to discuss conflicts between FCO drawings and schedules of sanitary fixtures requirements and quantity.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for the INTERIOR and EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE for Presentation using 3ds max and Photoshop
• Responsible for the Autocad Working Drawings.
• Site Visit, Gathering data and Measuring of Existing building for the renovation.
• Responsible for the preparation of presentation materials
• Helping and suggesting design ideas for the projects
• Floor plan Layout Presentation
• Schematic Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Include planning and all phases from schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration and permits acquisition.
• Work closely with allied professionals and partners.
• Assists in consulting clients needs at pre and post construction phases.
• Worked using Autocad 2007, 3Dmax 8 and 3Ds Revit Building softwares, manual drafting, freehand sketching, presentation drawing and rendering.
• Multi-tasking capabilities that able the firm to implementing and accomplishing projects simultaneously and received immediate commissions after the other.
