" Preparing daily reports or any urgent reports, Business Letters, Debit notes, summary of construction progress and craft personnel forecasts. Scaffold Quantity surveying, Invoice Forecasting, Estimation and Cost Controlling. Invoice Processing, budget forecasting. Reviewing Quotations from the vendors/suppliers and preparing/issuing Purchased Orders. Processing Invoice in SAP system.
" Coordinating activities with other disciplines or areas and clients resident representatives, as instructed by construction management.
"Ensure that the assigned work is completed as quickly and safely as possible on schedule, within the budget and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and standards.
" Responsible for coordinating, planning and supervise scaffolding needs on the project including allocation of resources and directing daily work activities of sub-contractors.
" Interfacing with all disciplines to ensure planning of scaffold needs and resources meets construction requirements.
" Supervise and oversee dedicated workers.
" Provide expertise and advice to other disciplines on all matters relating scaffolding needed.
" Foster a culture amongst the workforce to ensure that safety and environmental considerations are rigorously and consistently applied during all delivery tasks.

1. Minimize the cost of projects and maximize the profits for the company.
2. To prepare and submit invoices to clients and chase payments to keep money coming into the business.
3. To prepare of any contract related documents for the contractor, sub-contractor or any parties that involved in the projects.
4. Need to build and perform a close working relationship with the clients and co-workers.
5. Need to build and perform liaison with main contractors, sub-contractors and other parties that involved in the projects.
6. To perform duties diligently and finished up the work for the day before leaving.
7. To do daily progress reports and has the initiatives to report to site manager without being asked at the end of the day.
