PILING: In charge in Quality Control Inspection of piling works for 19 land bridges deck substructure, a total of 416 piles, maximum depth of piles are 36 meter and diameter of 900 mm & 1200 mm, main steel 15x32 mm diameter bar and helical 12 mm diameter bar. Carry out QC Inspection on Bridge Piling w/c included bar bending schedule, concrete test slump & cubes, rock breaking for pile cap, pile diameter, pile breaking, length of casing, casing verticality, elevation from top of casing, standing ground water level, socket length, working platform elevation, Cut off level, Pile top level, pile toe level, actual tip level, depth from top of casing, top of steel elevation and tremie pipe.

BRIDGES: In charge in Quality Control Inspection for 19 Land Bridges Deck Substructure in Terminal, Commercial and Midfield Area. A total of 1.355 linear meter of reinforced concrete multiple cell box type deck slabs. QC Inspections includes blinding concrete, protection of concrete, pier footing, pier column, abutment beam, deck slab, abutment column, formworks, MSE walls, reinforcement steel, pot bearing, embedded materials, concrete pour, curing of concrete, post tensioning, concrete new jersey barriers and removal of formwork.

WATERPROOFING WORKS- BRIDGES, MANHOLES & CULVERT:
Supervise and oversee quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout all waterproofing stages - Deck Bridge, Pier Columns & Abutment, Underside of Pile caps, Cast in Place Concrete, Manholes & Culverts.
Prepare, review, and update Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists for waterproofing works.
Manage material submissions for waterproofing material such as Rubberized Bitumen waterproofing, Self-Adhesive membrane, APP/SBS Torch applied membrane, Protection board, Primer, Polyurethane, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) & Epoxy Coatings.

INSPECTION TEST PLAN (ITP)
Prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for each activity like rebar & formwork, earthwork, concrete pour, waterproofing, post-tensioning, coating/painting, and etc. It shall include Controlling documents, Acceptance criteria, Nature/extent of Inspection, Responsible personnel, Verification document, and Inspection stage.

METHOD STATEMENT (MS)
Review Method Statement (MS) for activity and work and shall be sent to the client or consultant for approval. Work shall be executed with the approved method statement only. Method statement is a procedure with reference to the project specification, standards, complying with material technical data sheet.

MATERIAL APPROVAL REQUEST (MAR)
Prepare Material approval request and submit to the client for approval. To be ensure any material without approval shall not be used, failing in this can lead to non-conformity and demolition of the work.
Regular follow up for the approval of material to prevent any delay in work progress.
Review material technical data sheet reference and vendor list with project specification requirement before submitting MAR.
Material approval shall cover the following details, BOQ, Specification Reference, Compliance statement for the material ref with specifications, Vendor List approval if any available, Technical Data Sheet and MSDS for the material if available, Test reports, Company Profile for the material, Company ISO Certificates and government approval & Previous approval from other projects.

REQUEST FOR INSPECTION (RFI)
Responsible for site inspection, when a site engineer or sub-contractor raises/issues an RFI (Request for Inspection) and also responsible for reviewing the drawing before attending the inspection. Review the RFI that includes all the ITP Checkpoints and descriptions for the work. RFI shall be submitted 24 hours prior to inspection to the Client/Consultant. Carry out inspection first before given notification to the client to avoid any delay in the inspection with the latest approved drawing, survey report, RFI, and test report if any required for inspection.

MATERIAL INSPECTION REQUEST (MIR)
Responsible for the material inspection report. Raise notification to the consultant and client as soon as possible after material receiving. Inspect the material first with the material approval request. Material receive will verify the invoices, batch number & material test report. Receive material shall be approved and in good condition.


ISSUING NCR AND SITE OBSERVATION (NCR)
Responsible to raise NCR and Site observation at site and also responsible to monitor and surveillance of the site without RFI. Any deviation to the specification and drawing shall be noted and notify to the respective site engineer and sub-contractor.
Site observation is issued to the execution team and sub-contractor during ongoing work and can rectify easily without any demolition work. Observation can be given in any minor deviation to the specification.
Non-conformity shall be an issue in any major deviation to the specification and drawing to the sub-contractor and execution engineer.
