Scope of work:
Conduct inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of our mechanical equipments used in rentals for construction sites, site offices, accommodations, big events in Qatar, offshore and onshore shutdown projects.
Attends service and breakdown repairs of units on sites.
Standby duty of our rental generators for maintenance and breakdown onsite and other events in Qatar.
Installation and commissioning of our rental units onsite like generators, air compressor and tower lights before handing over to clients.
Assigned in offshore hired by our client North Oil Company and Sembcorp as diesel generator and air compressor operator and maintenance of our rental equipments at C - location, Al Shaheen Oil Field - Qatar (Gallaf Batch 2 Project).
Being flexible in doing carpentry, painting, and plumbing jobs in modification of our container type flat pack cabin as per clients request and design.
To maintain and secure the good condition of our rental equipments for our clients’ requirements and demands. Maintaining good communication skills and relation towards our clients and colleagues.

• Diesel Powered Generators from 20 KVA to 1650 KVA total capacity
• Sullivan-Palatek 375 CFM and 900 CFM air compressor units
• Diesel Powered Tower lights
• Sullair Heatless Dessicant Air Dryer with a capacity of 1150 SCFM
• Terex RT 1070 Rough Terrain Crane 70 ton capacity
• Volvo FMX 370 truck tractor
• Mitsubishi 4 tons canter truck
Non-mechanical equipment:
• 6 meters and 12 meters long container type flat pack office, rest shelter, store storage and ablution toilets.

Scope of work:
Conduct Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) according to checklist, Troubleshooting and Repair minor and major problem in generator sets installed in Ground Power Unit, Air Start Unit, and Air Condition Unit.
Assist senior electrician in troubleshooting defects and rewiring ACU controller.
Battery checking and servicing of electric tractors and electric forklift.
Alternator and Starter motor servicing.
Adjust valve clearance of 6cylinder 24valves cummins engine.
Check crankshaft oil seal and crankshaft oil sleeve and replace if needed.
Overhauling of TLD GPU engine.
Top overhauling of both TUG & TLD ACU Deuts V6&V8 engines.
Turbocharger modification in Trilectron ACU Detroit engine.
Removing and installing manual & automatic transmission of ACU units.
Assist AC mechanic in removing and fixing PTO of the AC units.
Remove and replace AC unit air hose.
Check and replace air start unit air hose due to air leak, and test after installation.
Check and fix the cause of engine radiator back pressure.
Check and replace fuel injectors if needed.
Check and diagnose the cause of engine overheat.
Check and diagnose the cause of engine not starting.
Check and diagnose the cause of engine hunting or idler fluctuating.
Check the abnormal sound of the engine and troubleshoot the cause.
Check and fix engine fuel, water and oil leak.
Check, diagnose and fix the cause of engine white smoke.
Check and diagnose the cause of engine low oil pressure.
Check and fix the cause of hydraulic leaks on hydraulic lines of electric tractors and electric forklift.
Check and replace wheel bearings on front and rear wheel of electric forklift.
Check brake pads and brake shoe of e-tractor and e-forklift, replace if necessary.
Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continues improvement.
Attend seminar on Airside Safety Awareness.
Attend OEM trainings of the equipment.
Always start work with safety and ends with safety.
