I was resposible to lead the task team on higher education reform of Ethiopia. I was responsible for the study and developement of 14 reform policy documents in the country. I was the member of the task team on HESO - Higher Education System Overhaul.
I was responsible to head two departments at the same time. These were department of Economics and Department of Computers. I was responsible to provide lectures on economics, management, marketing. I was also responsible to manage the department budgets and at same time fetch financial resources to conduct research and development in the surrounding community.
My GPA was 8.6 and it was a great distinction. My masters was with research on policy economics.
