• Oversees audit planning, field work, and audit reporting; prepares reports, and communicates findings and recommendations to line and senior management.
• Review automated audit work papers prepared by the audit staff to ensure sound audit theory and compliance with the department's methodology.
• Responsible for the daily supervision of audit staff and responsible for the development of audit staff and the completion of performance evaluations.
• Ensures that reviews are completed in compliance with the Corporate Audit Department and Institute of Internal Auditor standards.
• Ensure the availability of adequate policies and procedures in line with the development and modification of accounting systems and controls.
• Produce special reports as requested by the Head of Department.

• Responsible for promoting, developing and managing on daily basis the Bank's retail business. Perform all non-cash transactions (transfers in and out, transfer account to account, banker's checks, purchased checks) and sustain relationship with clients based on full understanding of the business and banking needs.
• Personal banking desk, account management, consumer loans, cards, bancassurance, commercial loans and trade finance, non-cash transactions.
• Renew the deposits and LD's (ACI/ADI). Input all MD's (cards, LG's, collateral, personal guarantee … etc).
• Coordinate finalization and maintenance for the foreign exchange, capital markets and financial products with the Central Operations Department (Back Office Treasury) and the Treasury Department.
• These operations are all done on Globus TM (System Information Service for Banks) from Temenos.

•Detect errors in the financial reporting as well as in the initiating, recording, processing and reporting of non-routine and estimation transactions. Take corrective measures.
•Initiate control measures that detect prevent and correct errors of importance on a timely basis on all internal accounts.
•Identify errors based on factors relating to fraud or loss.
•Examine and identify non-routine and estimation transactions that influence significant accounts and ensure that financial statements comply with International Accounting principles and Lebanese regulatory requirements.
•Ensure the availability of adequate policies and procedures in line with the development and modification of accounting systems and controls.
•Produce special reports as requested by the Head of Unit.
•Provide support for the development of controlled accounting systems for new products and activities entered into by the Bank.
•Coordinate closely with the Head of Financial Control Unit to ensure that production of financial management reports are automated controlled and are accurate and timely and reflect the true financial position of the Bank and each business unit where applicable.

•Project: "Las Salinas Cinema" designing, developing and installing new system which provides and facilitates the reserving places and ticketing techniques for the cinema business. This system was developed using Visual Basic.net and SQL server 2000.

•Marketing for various products by using diverse fields such as mail order, public relations, retailing and merchandising.
- Mail order: Is a system of buying and selling goods. You choose the goods you want from a company catalogue. Then, that company sends these goods to you, usually by mail. e.g: toys are available by mail order.
- Public relations (PR): It is the part of an organization's goal of obtaining the public's approval for what the organization is behaving in the market. It refers to the state of relationship between an organization and the public.
- Retailing and merchandising: It defines the activities of selling goods direct to the public, usually in small quantities as for the ratter. It consists of goods such as toys and clothes that are produced in order to promote something such as a particular film, sports team or pop group. In other words, it can refer to the way shops and business organizes the sale of their products. For instance, the way the products are displayed and the prices are chosen.

•Data entry and research about clients. In this field agents gather information about the people insured in our company and I organize these data into separate files. This facilitates the search about clients.

•Data entry and research about clients: Gathering information about the clients, and then organizing the necessary data into separate excel files. The aim of this project is to fasten the searching procedure for a specific client and to reduce unnecessary wasted time by employees.
