Monitor the Internal Rejections and control the rejection through Root Cause Analysis and submit 8D analysis report
SPC implementation to ensure the quality of the components and conduct process capacity studies for critical parameter.
Preparing the ISAR, 4M documents and gets the approval from Customer.
Co-ordinate with the customers and analyzing the Quality problem complaints and solving through 8D, WHY WHY Analysis along with CFT members and giving the counter measure
Supplier ISAR, 4M change verification, Fitment and approval
Preparing customer required documents such as ISAR (Initial sample assurance report), AOI (Agreement of inspection), 4M change report, Control plan, Work instruction, Operation standards, Revalidation reports, Layout inspection reports etc
Responsible for Process, Product and Vendor quality
Responsible to reducing rework and rejection PPM
Analyze the customer compliant by using 4M method
Conduct SPC study for critical characteristics
Control of gauges and instruments used for product verification through calibration
First Off and patrol inspection done asper quality agreement to the each setup and existing part.
Non Conformance registered and resolved by qc tools to avoid reoccurence
New program to be made to the New product asper drawing specification.
As per Shift schedule qty produced ad quality inspect as per quality agreement.
