o Civil works i.e. Setting out of the Container, Transformer, Gantry & Surge Arrester foundation.
o Installation of Chain Link Fence.
o Excavation, Witness of Soil & Ready-mix tests.
o Reviews technical material submittals & attends Inspection Requests.
o Assures HSE is in conformance with the Transco System Safety Rules.
o Performs all communications & its follow up with the Client and Contractor for smooth project progress.
o Certifies Bill of Quantity for Contractor’s task completion.
o Monitor daily, monthly progress report & two-week program of the project.
o Certification of all measurements raised by Contractor.
o Review and verification of all As Built drawings submitted by Contractor.
o Issuance of Site Note/ N.C.R to the Contractor if the work done is not as per standards.
Supervision on the installation of 22 kv, LV & MV underground
cable Civil works such as setting out of the cable route, soil tests,
trench
excavation, provision of sand bedding, warning tape, cable
covering
tiles & route markers in conformance with the Contract documents
and applicable Standards.
Supervision on the construction works of 22/.04 kv Substation i.e.
Setting out, Provision of fence, Compaction tests, Sub & Super
structure Civil works observation and notification of required
rectification for the client interest.
