-Preparation of compensation packages for rotators and assignees based on their relevant job title, grade, work experience and the background of the employee.
-Prepared assignment contracts, employments contracts and offered it to the employees based on the policy and entity they were assigned to.
-Initiated immigration with different vendors based on the regions they were allocated to.
-Initiated background screening with our vendor for the employees.
-Familiarised myself with the various softwares (SAP, Taleo, Assignment Pro, Neocase, Rotatorlink, Efacts, Hirerightt etc) through shadowing and self learning.
-Worked closely with the manager and reported the work progress of 800+ cases handled by the IMSC team to her.
