other regions.
-Optimize processes for the optimization of the relation between request-deliver time,
cost efficiency, quality programming and testing stages for all Electronic Products.
Main Achievements:
- Introduced to the market a new Service called “Virtual Maintenance” which consists
on providing all kinds of
Acronis it’s a multinational company that develops specialized software for
Reserve Backup and Imaging of crucial information on Windows platforms.
Disaster Recovery among other solutions. The Munich branch was the centre
of operations for all EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
Responsibilities:
-Distance Manage a group of 15+ specialists to achieve various goals on Online
Marketing (Team located in Moscow)
-Lead Generation for Regional Offline Sales (Channel)
-Manage all general duties involved in Online Marketing for EMEA region for all
online end users as well as for all final users of box products.
-Act as a bridge between teams of Europe and Russia.
Achievements:
-Successfully integrated an optimal working process between teams of Online
Marketing EMEA and Developers in Russia, with the Offline Marketing and Sales
teams in Europe.
-Developed from the root an automatization process, thanks to which the
telemarketing team in Germany (20 people), reduced their workload to one third of
the original, giving as a result the increase of 40% on Sales of Software Maintenance
Services.
Acronis in London centered their market in the United Kingdom, Ireland and
Scandinavia, focusing mainly in corporate sales, and LEAD generation, etc.
Responsibilities:
-Distance work with a team of 15 specialists to achieve various goals of Online
Marketing (Team located in Moscow) reporting directly to the World Wide Marketing
Director.
-Lead generation for Regional Sales (Channel)
-Develop new campaigns and improve existing ones for SEM in Google Adwords for
EMEA and for the US region.
-Manage all Internet campaigns for EMEA region, such as: SEO, SEM, Viral Marketing,
Email Marketing, HTML creation and correction, Localizations and Language
Translations.
-Manage all material related to Spanish Speaking Markets as well as in Corporate Web
Sites
Achievements:
-Achieved a record digit in ROI in SEM Google Adwords campaigns reaching US
$225, 000 clean revenue monthly. Also the campaign for the UK was improved
changing it from (-€40, 000) to +€40, 000 on monthly indicators, as well as a 10 times
increase in LEAD generation, obtaining a personal congratulation from the CEO at
the time (Walter Scott).
-Total Translation and Localization of Spanish versions of the Corporate Web Site.
-Overall tripled the generation of LEADs obtained from all Online Campaigns.
Degrees and Professional Training
In Moscow is located the largest branch of Acronis and their main functions
was of Software development, Centre of Operations of Tech Support and
Global Online Marketing.
Responsibilities:
-Work with Viral Marketing Campaigns in massive location of users.
-Translations and Localizations of online campaigns in Mexico, Spain and Spanish
speaking users in the US.
-Assist with campaigns of SEM as well as in all flow of work in Global Online
Marketing.
Achievements:
-Increased from 1 to 15 the different SEM campaigns, optimizing them in such way
that sales for B2C end user were increased.
-Exponentially increased the registrations of users for Email Marketing Campaigns.
-Integrated rapidly with the team, serving as a multitask specialist, assisting in others
functions were my work was involved in such way that the results were achieved
faster. Functions such as HTML localization for Landing Pages, Edition of Photoshop
Banners intended to online campaigns, filtering of keywords for SEO, etc.
