• Analyzing requirements from Customers and the Consulting team. Areas of focus would include custom report development; Task Card mass edition/authoring; scripting and data extraction from various sources.
• Interacting with Customer when collecting requirements, communicating on progress, delivering and continuous improvement.
• Interfacing with the R&D Team when new capabilities are required by the Customer.
• Modifying or extending the business processes of FieldLogs customers.
• Propose software solutions which meet those requirements, ensuring they are technically viable and add value to the overall proposal.
• Understand and demonstrate solutions to clients for all the demonstrations or onsite Proof of Concepts and articulate the business benefits they offer.
• Liaise with clients post sale to develop project documentation including Statement of Work and implementation plans.
• Communicate with internal teams including Logistics, IT Service and Client Training teams to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Actively research and understand the marketplace to ensure proposals are competitive, add value and create unique selling points.
