Strong project or program management and excellent organizational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organization.

Making architectural projects for the purpose of obtaining the necessary permits for the construction and development of residential units. The company has purchased several properties that are necessary to develop projects of the current situation and the reconstruction because these residential units were protected by the state and municipality laws, as well as several new plots for the construction of new units. Very challenging position requiring the architects to take account of the standards prescribed by the State Agency ‐ MEPA, Malta as well as on the preservation of the architectural legacy of the State of Malta.

Leading Executive Manager for Investment and Development of 65 retail stores in  Serbia and 15 facilities in Bosnia and Hercegovina (complete legal ‐ bureaucratic and financial control extension and coordination with state and municipal services,  as well as private landlords). ‐ Development of fully integrated projects for the creation of new and renovation of existing retail spaces. In the period from March 2011 to  July 2014. I designed 24 retail outlets in size from 80 m2 to 720 m2 in Serbia and  Bosnia and Herzegovina,  featuring tender documents with full overmatch of the fit  out integration,  preparing a Bill of Quantities,  arranged the best possible financial  structure for the same,  made regular supervision over the work,  in constant  coordination with competent authorities and landlords. Coordination and supervision during construction until the opening of the facility. Designing new furniture elements within a retail outlet. Monthly report writing on the works,   financial structure, and completion deadlines. Positions that made me improve and learn new organizational and managerial skills,  which of course I want to continue to improve. www.n‐sport.net
