a. NEOM Bay Airport
its long-term vision is to as an airport to serve the Royal Family, to serve General Aviation traffic and potentially an
airport to serve as a cargo hub for NEOM.
Budget: $2 billion.
Asset Design Competition: Royal Terminal, Passenger Terminal, Infrastructure
b. The Line
A proposed smart city in Saudi Arabia in Neom, Tabuk that will have no cars, no streets, and no carbon emissions.
Part of the Saudi Vision 2030 project, which Saudi Arabia claims will create 380, 000 jobs and add $48 billion to the
country's GDP.
Budget: $1 trillion.
Summary of Projects involved in the Line:
• CMP (Concept Master Plan): Modules 45, 46, 47
• Independent Module Design Competition (Modules 40, 41, 42, 43, 44)
• Asset Pre-Concept Design Competition (Stage 1), Concept Design Integration (Stage 2A, 2B), Concept Design
(Stage 2C), Early Works (Stage 3A):
o Headquarters.
o 7* Hotel, NEOM University.
o NEOM Library, Iconic Hospital.
o Sports Stadium + Sports Arena.

o Iconic Mosque.
Responsibilities include:
• Led the appointed Design Architect teams and served as the primary point of contact for all design-relatedmatters
during the development of the project (Assets of the Line).
• Managed and coordinated the overall design and development process in collaboration with the wider projects
and delivery team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design strategies.
• Preparation and coordination of procurement documentation, including Scope of Works, Brief, Pre- Qualification
Evaluation Plan, Tender Plan, Request for Expression of Interest, Request for Proposal, Tender Evaluation Reports
and Variation Orders.
• Assessed and evaluated consultant design work, ensuring compliance with NEOM Sectors’ Requirements by
creating, controlling, and monitoring the CRS (RFI) statuses.
• Monitored, organized, and ensured the required quality and timeliness of the design production and stakeholders'
work on projects of all scales within The Line development.
• Oversaw both internal and external teams, effectively controlling the development of the design from Ideation
through to Concept Design Stage while ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
• Scheduled, monitored, organized, and ensured the required quality and timeliness of the production design and
stakeholders' work, keeping pace with project programs and timescales.
• Reviewed and evaluated design consultant work, monitored, organized, and ensured the quality and timely
production of design deliverables for projects of all scales.
• Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders throughout the design and development process, ensuring
effective communication and alignment of priorities to impact the overall delivery process positively.
• Collaborated with project design and delivery teams to ensure brand consistency across the entire customer
journey within Iconic Assets of the Line development.
• Provided feedback and recommendations to align designs with the approved direction and design intent,
promoting creativity and innovation within the project.
• Prepared comprehensive reports and presentations related to the design and development projects, ensuring
transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
