Worked with account managers with their event proposals and executions so that they can focus on proactivity in getting more opportunties for the the company. Events handled are Corporate Family Days, Royal Birthday Parties, Theming, Fabrication, Activation, Decoration, Staff Parties, Window Displays, etc.
In-charge of standard rental inquiries such as inflatables, bouncy castles, carnival games, etc. Was responsible for doing research & concept development, making the Powerpoint presentations and mood boards, coordinating with in-house production team, suppliers, venues, entertainers, etc. Prepared and finalized documents from pre-event to post-event such as costings, quotations, risk assessments, method statements, work permits, and other requirements. Went on-site during set-ups/event proper when needed for troubleshooting unexpected issues.
Made sure the production schedule is followed and deadlines are met to ensure the smooth flowing of the events from start to finish.
Supported the graphic designer in preparing 2D graphics and designs for proposals, event brandings, printed collateral, photobooth graphics, etc.
Was responsible for the company’s in-house skills training such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, Salesforce, Project Management, Sketch-up, 3Dmax, etc.
Researched for new software/applications which can be beneficial for the company/staff to learn and use.

We were taught about all the aspects and elements of events. as well as all the types of events. Our faculty consists of event professionals across the UAE. We were also given the chance to learn on the job as we were assigned as volunteers for events all through out the course.
