• Lead on review and implementation of health, WASH, and nutrition priorities in Syria strategic plan
• Lead on the development of health, WASH, and nutrition strategies, in particular, focusing on maternal health and integrated nutrition intervention
• Ensure all health, WASH, and nutrition staff receive necessary and appropriate technical support
• Lead health and nutrition or multi-sectoral technical assessment, baseline, evaluations, and surveys with other thematic areas
• Support fundraising for the health and nutrition sector; develop concept notes and proposals
• Build and maintain effective relationships with teams, colleagues, members external partners, and donors
• Hold teams and partners accountable to deliver on their responsibility
• Provide regular monitoring and evaluation of the project progress versus the plan
• Represent the organization in Health and Nutrition Cluster coordination meetings, and Technical Working Groups (TWGs)
• Write monthly and annual reports for the regional and HQ offices; in addition to donor reports
