Accompanied my husband during his diplomatic posting as trade and investment officer with Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in India. Retain basic knowledge about diplomatic status, buerocratic process (immigration), taking into consideration this experience and education of Moscow State University of foreign affairs.
Key responsibilities:
- corporate support of the companies in Russian Federation, Great Britain (Scotland), BVI, Cyprus;
- Legal analysis ( matters of corporate law, international private law);
- Bank compliance (opening/closing accounts in Russia, UK, Cyprus, preparing trustee agreement, preparing company's documents for performance bond)
- Contract draft and negotiation: real estate lease, supply, cooperation, loan, commission, partnerships agreements.
Key responsibilities:
- registration/liquidation/other corporate changes of legal entities (LLC), representative offices of foreign companies in Russia;
- preparation of documents, organization, legal part of implementations of shareholder meetings, director orders.
