--Executive & Office Manager to the Management Office.
Executing and coordinate all the activities directly managed by the GM/COO.
Support the GM/COO in all the office activities in connection with all the departments of the company and managing independently all the requested follow ups.
Coordinate and supervise all managerial activities within the management's team and employees of different departments.
Facilitate, support and coordinate contacts with FBM KNM FZCO /FBM HI for any Commercial/
Managements aspects within FBM Groups.
Reinforce, support and develop contacts with important foreign Customers for follow up of projects at high management's level.
Planning of meeting, Travels and Business related matter agendas, with independent organization, for the coordination of the GM / Managements and FBM Italian and International Clients.
Participating actively to the managements meeting with contribution on Logistics, Commercial, HR,
Marketing and Office Managements support. Revision, preparation and coordination of sales report and forecast for the FBM group. Screen, selects and coordinate with GM/ Managements and HR departments,
employments of new office forces.
Support, supervise and managing the office work on a daily basis in synergy and cooperation within all
levels of the FBM departments.
