Main tasks: brand manager for two of our brands, tools study and design (from brochures up to website landing pages), social media and website content and graphics, digital adv, events organisation, business development for B2B and B2C.

In charge for the coordination of our marketing office, online and offline strategies:
marketing material study and creation (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), coordinated image, branding, events organisation, social media management, website content management, digital campaigns, ATL & BTL advertising.

Hostess for several events. The main ones Arab Health and Medlab

• Planning, creation, managing of products marketing documents, distribution to italian sales network and foreign distributors: creation of brochures, packaging, newsletters, user manuals and technical sheets;
• New products design study and launch planning together with R&D and ISO departments: from instruments design to software interface up to packaging;
• Advertising materials creation in partnership with graphic agency, organization of product professional photographic studio;
• Events planning like training courses, distrubutors periodical update, Diapath brand promotion;
• Organization of italian and foreign congresses and exhibitions, events managing from stand concept to products promotion, up to gadgets;
• Action plan;
• Translation of commercial and marketing material, in English and French;
• Website managing and updating;
• SAP software and CRM use for daily activities.

• Setting up and management of export and marketing office;
• Search and first contact with potential foreign customers, dealers and distributors; creation of products technical sheets; management of logistic operations;
• Foreign project manager for UE and Extra UE Countries;
• Creation of marketing and commercial material (catalogue, brochures, price list, newsletter, promotions)
• Translation in English and French of commercial material, quotes and website;
• Coordinator of activities and projects for the Group of five companies in which Mobì is, in addition to events planning and promotion to welcome foreign clients visit the Group;
• Exhibitions organization, from promotion to creation of brochures, from stand concept to gadgets customization;
• Website and social media company profiles management.
